Quick Update

I just got back from my short Vegas getaway, and I thank everyone who visited and left comments to my scheduled posts. My plane landed at about 11:30 PM last night and I didn't get home until 1 AM today, so I feel discombobulated, tired and sleepy. I still made it to work (late) though, but I do need a vacation from my vacation.

I had a lovely time in Vegas and I can't wait to share photos and details as soon as I get back to my usual schedule - work and life in general. The weather in Vegas was great; it wasn't too hot yet compared to the other times I've been there. My impression is that Vegas is going through a growth phase, as I saw new buildings sprouting everywhere on the Strip. Anyway, my to-do list is a bit lengthy this week which includes going to the grocery store, catering to my vegetable garden (I'm glad they're okay because we had frost last night), cleaning the house, loads of laundry to do, bills to pay, deciding on what color paint for my bedroom and considering brand new vinyl shutters for the house.
