My parents are thinking of going to the Big Island this summer. I am so jealous. I was there in 2002 and 2005, but of course I want to go again. Here are the photos I took in 2005.

aaaa.. those megaliths are they new or ancient?
ReplyDeleteartemis, i wish they were ancient but most of the stuff here were recreated by local artists and artisans with authentic and traditional tools in order to restore the site to its appearance in the late 1700's.

ReplyDeletehi Kayni! one of my uncles in the navy is statined in hawaii. last sunday, when i called him for his personal details the philippine red cross needs so the navy will grant him the leave for philippines, i found it hard to really understand or write the address he was dictating. i just apologized that i've been here for 5 months already just reading Korean texts, and he said he understood me well. I guess there was no need to make "palusot".. haha!
