Horseshoe Falls (Canadian Falls)

It was tough to capture the beauty and power of the Canadian Falls. It doesn't matter what angle or distance you take your shots from because photographs just doesn't justify the beauty that is Niagara Falls. It doesn't even matter how many shots you took because you'll never find yourself satisfied with your photos and you'd want to take more. You see, the enchantment stays with the falls and the only way to totally absorb its beauty is to be still, marvel at it's entirety and listen to its thundering voice.

    We went there last year and it was like a dream come true for me. It was really beyond words. My then 3-yr old son still remembers Niagara.

    I am so enjoying your photos of Niagara Falls. I've never been there but my husband promises to take me one day. I'm holding him to it. :0)

    Thanks so much for stopping by to see me today. Yes, that was a Komodo Dragon in the photo. I snapped that at the Houston Zoo a couple of years ago. You can't see it but there is a protective glass between them. I loved how they were looking at each other! Have a great Wednesday,

    A majestic creation by God! I think that your beautifully photos captured all the emotions any visitor could possibly feel. I am imagining the thunder-y sounds and the unimaginable. Beautiful!

    @ fortuitous faery, no, we skipped the maid of the mist. it was too cold that day and i was starting to feel sick.

    @ photo cache, i'm not sure miles wise you could hear the falls, but we were walking around the hotel area and we could hear it.

    @ angeli, the guys in blue raincoats are going near the waterfalls though the the maid of the mist boat. para daw hindi mabasa.
