Pumpkins

The word for today is Pumpkins.  In the spirit of Halloween, it was a delight to go Pumpkin hunting. The weather was perfect and Pumpkins were abundant.  I felt like a kid again.

Pumpkin hunting

I was actually thinking of taking the flowers instead

I thought this one was asking for a photo

Scary, weird looking Pumpkins

These ones reminded me of Papayas

The cute mini Pumpkins

and some snake looking gourds.

  1. Oh I love pumpkin soup, the chunkier the better! :)

Btw those shots of the autumn leaves in your previous post are gorgeous. How I wish autumn was one of the seasons here in Pinas! I miss seeing leaves of different shades and varieties. Although I understand how much of a hassle it will be to clear them from one's backyard hehe

  6. My favorite is spaghetti squash. Oh and butternut too.

Do they even cook the flesh from the pumpkin?

I didn't realize there is a pumpkin picking farm. That would be fun for adults I bet.
